Goods Damaged in Shipping:

I do my best to ensure that your order is packaged appropriately and arrives safely.

Giulietta Designs is not liable for damages once the shipment is in the hands of the carrier. Canada Post shipments come with $100 insurance. Through Canada Post, I will not undervalue a purchase.  I will insure shipments for the full value of the shipment.

If goods appear to be damaged it transit the buyer must open a case with the carrier. As part of this process photo documentation is required to show damage to the product and the packaging. The customer must keep all packing materials and products until the claim is settled.
